২০ এ ফেব্রুয়ারি, ২০২৩ সোমবার ৫ দফা দাবির ভিত্তিতে NFPE বর্ধমান বিভাগের ডাকে বিক্ষোভ কর্মসূচি করা হলো। দিন দিন যে ভাবে প্রশাসনিক অত্যাচারের পাশাপাশি কিছু শ্রমিক কর্মচারী বিরোধী, দুর্নীতিপরায়ণ শ্রেণীর কর্মচারীদের জন্য আমাদের ঐতিহ্যশালী ডাকবিভাগের যে সুনাম ও স্বাভাবিক কাজ করার পরিবেশ, নিরাপত্তা বিঘ্নিত হওয়া ও বিশেষত মহিলা কর্মচারীদের উপর ঘৃণ্য আক্রমনের প্রতিবাদে এই বিক্ষোভ কর্মসূচী। প্রাথমিক ভাবে বর্ধমান হেড অফিসে একটি সভা করে মিছিল করে বিভাগীয় প্রধানের অফিসে গিয়ে ও তার কাছে একটি memorendum জমা করে এই সব অন্যায়ের বিরুদ্ধে NFPE অতীতের মতই লড়াই করবে ও সমস্ত অন্যায় কে রুখে দিয়ে সমস্ত কর্মচারীদের স্বাভাবিক কাজের পরিবেশ ফিরিয়ে আনতে NFPE বদ্ধপরিকর সেই বার্তাও দিয়ে আসা হয়।
